To access the Guroo VoIP service you require a SIP Phone. You will find a list of some SIP clients on Wikipedia.

SIP Phones are the same thing as VoIP Phones or Soft phones or Dialer. These are telephones that use VoIP technologies for making calls over an IP Network or the traditional PSTN networks. SIP Phones can either be Hardware or Software phones (Soft phones).
